We supply grade 4 titanium Futura Vip implants, designed for immediate loading and post-extraction implantology and characterized by coils that provide high primary stability upon insertion and a conical body with a rounded apical section.

The quality of Futura Vip implants is guaranteed right from the choice of raw materials and treatments:
– the implants are manufactured from titanium grade 4 ASTM F67.
– the treatments are carried out using processes in line with the UNI CEI EN ISO 13485-2016 standard.
– the prosthetic components and screws are made of titanium grade 5 ASTM F136, which offers high mechanical strength.

All production steps are carried out according to validated and controlled processes. Every effort contributes to offering the highest quality, right up to sterilization by gamma irradiation and clean room packaging.
